These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Bg-Remover.org ("we", "us", "the Service") governing your access to and use of the website at bg-remover.org and all related features (the "Service"). The Service

Bg-Remover.org is an AI-powered background removal tool. The Service allows you to:

• Remove backgrounds from images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF) without creating an account
• Download high-resolution, watermark-free transparent PNGs at no cost
• Get results in seconds with clean edges on portraits, products, and more

The Service is provided in two tiers:

• Free tier — Unlimited background removal with high-resolution downloads, forever. No signup, no credits, no watermark, no credit card.
• Pro tier (coming soon) — Enhanced features including up to 4K resolution exports, batch processing, and an included commercial-use license for heavy workflows.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time. Personal, non-commercial use of the free tier will remain permanently free.

Your Images and Your Rights

You retain 100% ownership of every image you process and every result you download. We claim no rights over your content — before or after processing.

• You are solely responsible for the images you process. Only process images you own or have the legal right to use.
• Downloaded cutouts carry no watermark and no usage restrictions from us. You may use them in product listings, advertisements, client work, social media, and any other personal or commercial context.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process images that are illegal, infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity rights), or contain unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or extract the underlying AI models, code, or systems
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Misrepresent the Service or use it in a way that violates applicable law

Violations may result in blocked access to the Service at our discretion.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including the website design, branding, code, AI models, and documentation — is the property of Bg-Remover.org and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to use the Service is limited to accessing it through a standard web browser for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our technology.

Third-Party References

The Service may reference third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Canva, etc.) when describing marketplace image requirements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own listing and image policies.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically:

• AI results may not be perfect. Complex edges (hair, fur, translucent objects, low-contrast subjects) can produce imperfect cutouts. Always review output before use.
• Marketplace specifications (dimensions, background colors, file size) change over time. We provide them for convenience but do not guarantee current accuracy — verify with each platform.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional photo editing, legal advice, or platform compliance review.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BG-REMOVER.ORG AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST SALES, OR LISTING REJECTIONS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your images, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
